With Dropbox for Business, you get support for multiple users, centralized administration and collaborative features through Dropbox Teams. Not to forget, Dropbox also teamed up with Microsoft and you can now use Microsoft Office Online to edit your Dropbox files. The only thing missing from this service is real time collaboration.

2.    Box

Box for business offers some really strong administrative features. You can add or remove users from a folder, assign special rights to a user and monitor uploads and downloads. The special feature of Box is that it has a wide range of third party apps to add functionality to the cloud service and this includes Chatter, Asana and even Microsoft Office. The problem Box is – it isn’t as quick and easy-to-use as Dropbox and not that well integrated with Windows either.

3.    Google Drive

Google Drive needs absolutely no introduction. It might still be a newcomer in the cloud service market but it isn’t a newbie. With its powerful Google Docs integration, there is nothing left to be desired. But the most powerful feature of Google Drive has to be real time collaboration which isn’t provided in any of the other services listed here. Though it isn’t as great as Microsoft Office, Google Docs is slowly growing on users.

The issue with Google Drive? It’s Google and it’s monitoring everything that you share, including your company’s sensitive files.

4.    OneDrive

Microsoft’s SkyDrive was transformed into OneDrive in a hope to revive company’s cloud storage service. Though it is relatively new and it doesn’t have anything revolutionary on its own but its deep integration with Windows and Office 365 is what makes it stand out.

The only downside to this is that it doesn’t backup open files.
